The GC-HDPI-USB is an HDMI power-injection adapter designed to solve insufficient +5V power issues on HDMI source devices. By adding supplemental power through a USB connection, it stabilizes the HDMI 5V line to ensure proper EDID communication, hot-plug detection, and reliable operation with devices like active cables, extenders, switchers, and long-run HDMI solutions.
