The Atlona AT-VRL-SW is an Atlona Velocity™ license for the AT-VGW-SW software gateway and AT-VGW-HW-T hardware gateway that provides additional rooms for AV control and room scheduling. A VRL-SW license enables 1 additional room for AV control, and 2 additional rooms for scheduling.
VRL-SW licensing allows you to specify a Velocity system that matches the requirements of the AV installation, while avoiding the unnecessary expense of an underutilized multi-room license. Rooms can be added at time of Velocity System purchase, or anytime afterward.
The Atlona Velocity Gateway lineup offers scalable AV control and room scheduling capabilities. The AT-VGW-SW software gateway supports up to 20 rooms for AV control and up to 40 rooms for room scheduling. Similarly, the AT-VGW-HW-T hardware version provides the same capacity—20 rooms of AV control and 40 rooms for scheduling. For system expansion, the AT-VRL-SW room license adds control for one additional room and scheduling for two additional rooms, allowing integrators to flexibly scale enterprise AV management without additional hardware.
* A room can include AV control, room scheduling, or both. For example, in a VGW-SW installation there can be a total of 12 rooms with AV control only, 8 rooms for control and scheduling, and 32 rooms with scheduling only.
